Meet our Team
Tim Sanford, Founder/Vice President - graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors of science degree in Landscape Design and Nursery Management. With more than 35 years experience in the landscape design/build industry Tim founded CARVILLE LANDSCAPE CO. Prior to founding the company, Tim managed large-scale landscape and construction projects at a regional theme park, as well as large residential and commercial landscape design/build projects for several major landscape companies. Tim holds a Class A contractors license.
Nicole Sanford, Owner/President - graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors of science degree in Business. Nicole has more than 20 years experience in business and corporate marketing. Her business experience and sales skills make her a valuable part of the CARVILLE LANDSCAPE CO. team.
Will McLendon, Project Manager – joined CARVILLE LANDSCAPE CO. in 2013 and worked his way from assistant landscape supervisor to project manager. He is a certified ICPI commercial paver technician and manages many of the large residential and commercial hardscape projects; including Kings Dominion, the Hanover Courts Building, Queally Hall at University of Richmond and Henrico Doctor's Hospital's Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute.
Ubaldo Ortiz, Project Manager - joined CARVILLE LANDSCAPE CO. in 2010 and worked his way from a landscape crewmember to project manager. He recently managed the Williamsburg Art Museum landscape/hardscape and many residential project.
